nBolivia is a landlocked country on the western edge of South America. Neighboring countries are Peru to the north, Chile to the east, Argentina and Paraguay to the south, and Brazil to the northwest. Bolivia is divided into nine departments: Beni, Cochabamba, La Paz, Oruro, Potosí, Santa Cruz, Chuquisaca, El Alto and Tarija. The capital is La Paz.
